Aaron Perlis

Aaron J. Perlis, vice president, joined Walker & Dunlop in 2002 as part of the Structured Finance and Equity team. In his current role as vice president within the Company’s Principal Investments group, Mr. Perlis is responsible for the portfolio management of the Principal Investments group’s current investments as well as the due diligence and financial analysis associated with the construction, mezzanine, hybrid debt and joint venture financing of investments and acquisitions made by the Principal Investments group. He has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and financing of over $1.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Perlis is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the National Multi Housing Council. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
