Alan Blank, assistant vice president, is responsible for new loan origination, focusing on conventional multifamily loan originations through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD executions out of Walker and Dunlop’s New York office. He joined the company in 2009 after four years at Credit Suisse, where he worked on the origination and distribution of more than $2 billion of commercial real estate loans. Mr. Blank graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing.
