Andy Aiello

Andy Aiello, vice president at Walker & Dunlop, is responsible for new loan origination out of Walker & Dunlop's Chicago office. He focuses on conventional multifamily and healthcare loan originations through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD executions. Mr. Aiello joined Walker & Dunlop in 2009 and is based in the Chicago office. Prior to joining Walker and Dunlop, he was a principal at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company responsible for loan originations throughout the Midwest. Since 2005, Mr. Aiello has originated over $1 billion in debt transactions. He earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2001.
