Mr. Krosin, assistant vice president, is responsible for new loan originations out of Walker & Dunlop's Bethesda, Maryland office. Mr. Krosin joined the Multifamily Finance loan production staff in April 2007 and specializes in multifamily and healthcare financing for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Krosin has been involved in over $700 million in loan production.
Previously, Mr. Krosin worked in the Multifamily Finance loan underwriting group for two years and provided direct underwriting for $400 million in Fannie Mae multifamily loans. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Krosin worked for South Charles Investment Corporation, a Bank of America subsidiary formed to make high-yield debt investments. Mr. Krosin is a graduate of West Chester University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in real estate from Johns Hopkins University.
