Brendan Coleman, senior vice president, is responsible for new loan origination out of Walker & Dunlop's Bethesda, Maryland office. Mr. Coleman joined the Multifamily Finance production group in 2007. Mr. Coleman manages lending relationships with mortgage bankers in New York, Arizona, Utah, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts and Colorado. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Coleman’s team has originated over $800 million dollars’ worth of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA multifamily loans. Mr. Coleman's past career experience includes four years as a sales director with GMAC-RFC, three years as a compliance underwriter at GE Capital Mortgage in Raleigh, NC, and three years as an account executive at Genworth Financial in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Coleman holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Virginia as well as a master's degree in business administration from the University of Maryland.
