Brett McGuire, assistant vice president, works in Walker & Dunlop's Bethesda, Maryland office. Mr. McGuire was promoted to loan officer in 2008 and assistant vice president in 2010. He joined Walker & Dunlop in 2003 as part of the underwriting department. During his tenure in the underwriting, Mr. McGuire was responsible for underwriting over $325M in individual transactions and over $500M in loan facility financing. He has experience with conventional multi-family housing, manufactured housing, seniors housing, student housing, and affordable housing. Mr. McGuire began his career at Wachovia Bank in the Treasury Services department as a Loan Officer. He graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Mr. McGuire obtained his CCIM designation in 2006.
