Charles R. Christensen, senior vice president, is responsible for originating new loan production for Walker & Dunlop in southern California and the Western United States. He specializes in multifamily financing for both Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD financing. Mr. Christensen was president of CKJ Properties, Inc. and was focused on direct investments in real estate as well as providing real estate consulting services to investors, borrowers and lenders. Prior to CKJ Properties, Mr. Christensen was the chief financial officer and loan committee chairman at Bankers Mutual which became part of Berkshire Mortgage and was later acquired by Deutsche Bank. Prior to Bankers Mutual, he was controller for Equidon Development Company a commercial real estate development company.
