Charlie Mentzer, vice president, is responsible for new loan origination out of Walker & Dunlop's Atlanta, Georgia office. Mr. Mentzer joined Walker & Dunlop in early 2009. Specializing in multifamily financing, Mr. Mentzer brings 8+ years of real estate experience including loan underwriting and origination. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Mentzer was a producer with Column Guaranteed where he underwrote and originated over $700 million in agency loans throughout the United States. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Mentzer has originated another $250 million in agency loans. Mr. Mentzer graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in finance. |
