Colin Cross is a loan officer supporting the Dallas production team. Previously, Mr. Cross was the primary underwriter for Walker & Dunlop’s Freddie Mac team, closing loans for conventional apartment, student housing, cooperative, and manufactured housing multifamily properties nationwide. Mr. Cross joined Walker & Dunlop as a production analyst in the multifamily finance department in early 2008 where he assisted in the origination of over $380 million in Fannie Mae financing. Mr. Cross earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a Concentration in Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin.
