Debra Casale, CMB, senior vice president, manages the Closing department which includes oversight of the loan closing process, investor trading and loan delivery monitoring and quality control. Ms. Casale has over 20 years experience in the real estate finance industry. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop in 2008, she was senior vice president/managing director of GMAC Residential Funding/GMAC Bank responsible for managing counterparty risk in the warehouse lending business. Ms. Casale has a master's degree in business administration from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and she holds the Certified Mortgage Banker designation which she received in 1992.
