Elizabeth Conahan is a consultant for Walker & Dunlop. Ms. Conahan completed more than $2.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions. She counts among her clients many of the premier real estate owners and developers in the Washington, DC area. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Conahan was a principal and division manager for AMRESCO and a senior vice president for NationsBank. Ms. Conahan also worked for UST Corp., Citicorp, and Shawmut in various real estate capacities.
Ms. Conahan is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Mortgage Bankers Association and also served as chairperson of ULI Washington District Council. Ms. Conahan is also a board member of THEARC in Washington, DC. She holds a degree from Chestnut Hill College and performed graduate work in urban planning at Boston University.
