Mr. Florkowski joined Walker & Dunlop in 2010. Mr. Florkowski is responsible for internal and external financial reporting, budgeting and accounting. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Florkowski worked in the audit practice at KPMG. Mr. Florkowski has provided professional accounting and auditing services to cooperative banking institutions, regional banking institutions, investment managers and funds, mortgage companies, and commercial REIT’s. Mr. Florkowski is a certified public accountant licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and Maryland, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Salisbury University.
