Mr. Thomas, senior vice president, is responsible for new loan origination out of Walker & Dunlop's Dallas office. He joined Walker & Dunlop in 2003 as a member of the multifamily finance underwriting department. He was promoted into Walker & Dunlop's multifamily financing production department in 2005 and since that time has originated over $900 million in multifamily mortgages nationwide. Mr. Thomas focuses on conventional multifamily loan originations through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD executions. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, where he was Phi Beta Kappa, captain of the football team and an Academic All-American.
