John Hinder moved to the Production Department of Walker & Dunlop as a loan officer in September 2009. Mr. Hinder joined Walker & Dunlop as an underwriting analyst in July 2007 and was promoted to underwriter in April 2008. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hinder participated in the origination and underwriting of over $660M in transactions. Mr. Hinder has experience with conventional multi-family housing, manufactured housing, seniors housing, student housing, and affordable housing. Mr. Hinder graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina.
