Mr. Hyduke is a loan officer supporting the Chicago production team. He joined the Underwriting group at Walker & Dunlop in June 2008. In 2010, he became a senior underwriter bringing three years of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac underwriting experience to the team. Prior to joining the company, he spent two years at Fannie Mae where he held roles in Multifamily Pricing and Multifamily Acquisitions. Mr. Hyduke received his Bachelor of Sciences in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. He is a candidate of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
