Keith L. Melton, Vice President, FHA Finance is responsible for multifamily and healthcare loan originations utilizing FHA financing out of Walker & Dunlop’s Nashville, TN office. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Melton was a FHA originator with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, Inc. Mr. Melton originated loans under all FHA programs during his seven year tenure with the firm. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Melton was a commercial lender for 12 years for Fifth Third Bank and First American National Bank. Mr. Melton is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Free Will Baptist College.
