Michael Johnson, senior vice president, is responsible for new loan origination for the FHA Finance group. Mr. Johnson has over 32 years of experience in the development, management and financing of HUD/FHA insured projects. He has worked as an FHA multifamily housing representative; COO of a large HUD approved management company (Oxford Development, Security Pacific; and The Artery Group), and for the past 13 years has worked as a senior loan originator and senior asset management officer with Reilly Mortgage/Wells Fargo. Mr. Johnson specializes in affordable housing and has extensive experience with all HUD insurance programs.
