Michelle Warner, senior vice president and group head of FHA Finance is responsible for oversight of origination, underwriting, quality control, closing and servicing of HUD loans as well as all personnel and administrative requirements of the HUD program. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Warner was FHA chief underwriter/program manager for Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage where she managed the FHA program including loan structuring, credit risk management, program compliance, HUD relationships and staff across the country. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Ms. Warner was vice president at Primary Capital Advisors where she managed the underwriting, closing and servicing groups for the Atlanta based commercial mortgage banking firm. Ms. Warner received her B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
