Patrick Eppling, assistant vice president at Walker & Dunlop, is responsible for new multifamily loan originations nationwide under the Fannie Mae DUS®, Freddie Mac Program Plus®, and HUD (MAP) programs. Mr. Eppling joined Walker & Dunlop in February 2009 with the acquisition of certain assets of Column Guaranteed LLC where he served as underwriter and production analyst for over $700 million in closed loan transactions. Mr. Eppling earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and received the CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He is a licensed broker in the State of Louisiana.
