Paul Wallace, vice president, provides financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Wallace joined Walker & Dunlop as an analyst in 2004 after working in Walker & Dunlop's underwriting department. Mr. Wallace was promoted to senior analyst in 2006 and has assisted with the origination, underwriting and closing of over $1.3B in debt finance transactions since joining the company. Mr. Wallace is a member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group and is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Mr. Wallace received his bachelor’s degree in english from Washington & Lee University in 2002.
