Mr. Dey is a loan officer supporting the Healthcare Finance Group, focusing on seniors housing loans for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD. He joined Walker & Dunlop in 2007 as a Senior Analyst in the underwriting department, and was eventually promoted to Senior Underwriter. During this time he underwrote in excess of $900 million in conventional, seniors housing, student housing, and manufactured housing transactions for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Dey spent two years in the single-family mortgage business. Mr. Dey graduated from Skidmore College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Government.
