Sandor Biderman, Senior Vice President, provides financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Biderman joined Walker & Dunlop in 2010. Mr. Biderman has secured financing in excess of $2 billion since 2006. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Biderman ran a consulting firm specializing in commercial and residential debt restructuring for regional banks and real estate owners. Previously, Mr. Biderman has also held senior positions at Countrywide Securities, where he opened a new large loan commercial real estate office in Washington, D.C., and at Wachovia Securities, where he was director of the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Biderman holds a B.B.A in International Finance & Marketing from the University of Miami.
