Ted Patch, senior vice president and chief production officer, is responsible for overseeing Walker & Dunlop’s Multifamily Finance Production team that focuses on the origination of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. Mr. Patch also oversees Walker & Dunlop’s overall correspondent network. In his capacity as chief production officer, Mr. Patch acts as a liaison between the production team at Walker & Dunlop and the respective teams at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. During his tenure as chief production officer, production volume has exceeded $1.0 billion on an annual basis. He has over 20 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Patch joined Walker & Dunlop in 1998 as an underwriter and became part of the production team in 1999. Mr. Patch is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Multi Housing Council. Mr. Patch earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Maryland in 1986.
