Mr. Tolbert is an Assistant Vice President supporting the FHA Finance production team in Bethesda, MD. He started with Walker & Dunlop in February 2009 as an underwriter for FHA Finance and was later promoted to loan officer. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Tolbert worked at Column Guaranteed as an underwriter bringing four years of MAP and LEAN underwriting experience to the team. He is an active participant in many HUD associations and serves on the Mortgage Bankers Association Metropolitan Washington Board of Governors. Mr. Tolbert currently holds his MAP and LEAN underwriting licenses and an active member of the CREF council and the Bollinger Foundation. Mr. Tolbert received his Bachelors of Business Administration from James Madison University.
