Will Baker, vice president, is responsible for new loan origination out of Walker & Dunlop's Bethesda, Maryland office. Mr. Baker's focus is on manufactured housing and student housing properties. Mr. Baker also focuses on conventional multifamily loan originations through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD executions. Mr. Baker has originated over $650 million in agency loans throughout the United States. Mr. Baker also works as the streamline refinance coordinator in asset retention and provides production assistance on all loan assumptions. Baker earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Williams School of Commerce, Economics, and Politics at Washington & Lee University. He qualified for his Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) designation in 2007.
