Stephen Farnsworth, senior vice president, is responsible for originating new loan production nationwide. He specializes in both conventional and affordable transactions through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA executions, having closed on more than $750 million over the past 5-years. Mr. Farnsworth joined Walker & Dunlop in February 2009 in conjunction with the merger with Column Guaranteed LLC. He started his mortgage banking career with Standard Mortgage Corporation in 2002, which was acquired by Column in 2003.

Mr. Farnsworth graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor of science in industrial engineering and from University of Denver with a masters or real estate and construction management (MRECM).
