Mr. Krosin joined the Multifamily Finance loan production staff in April 2007 and is currently responsible for direct loan production throughout the Mid-Atlantic area and nationwide. Previously, Mr. Krosin worked in the Multifamily Finance loan underwriting group for two years and provided direct underwriting for $400 million in Fannie Mae multifamily loans.

Mr. Krosin has also worked for Walker & Dunlop's Structured Finance and Equity Group as a senior analyst. Mr. Krosin was responsible for financial analysis and modeling related to acquisitions, dispositions of both new construction projects and existing core assets. Mr. Krosin is a graduate of West Chester University and is currently pursing a Masters of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
