Darrell Moore is Sr. Vice President and Head of HUD Loan Production for Walker & Dunlop. Mr. Moore joined Walker & Dunlop as part of a merger with Column Guaranteed in early 2009. At Column Darrell was COO and CFO for both the Column Guaranteed and Column Financial entities.  Both entities were subsidiaries of Credit Suisse focused on agency and non-agency lending. Mr. Moore started with Column Financial upon its creation in 1993. He was the original CFO responsible for setting up new production offices and working closely with the parent companies of Column (Equitable Real Estate and DLJ). Mr. Moore was also been responsible for technology and new product efforts initiated between Column and Credit Suisse.  

Prior to 1993 Mr. Moore was with Equitable Real Estate as a team member of the Value Recovery Group focused on recovery and disposition of the distressed mortgage assets held by Equitable Life.  

Mr. Moore received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a CPA.
