Richard Warner, senior vice president and chief underwriter, joined the company in 2002 and is responsible for the Portfolio Management Department including both asset management and underwriting. He brings 30 years of real estate experience including loan underwriting, production, appraisal, property management, and loan workouts. Mr. Warner's prior experience includes over 16 years with Confederation Life Insurance Company serving in several capacities, including vice president of Mortgage and Real Estate. Mr. Warner served on Green Park’s Board of Directors and Loan Committee from 1988 until 1995. Mr. Warner is a graduate of McGill University with a bachelor’s degree in urban studies. He received his Certified Mortgage Banker designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association in 1993.
