Ted Patch, senior vice president and chief production officer, is responsible for originating new loan production from Walker & Dunlop’s corporate headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. Mr. Patch oversees the Production team in Bethesda as well as Walker & Dunlop’s overall Correspondent network. During his tenure as Chief Production Officer, production volume has exceeded $1.0 billion on an annual basis. He has over 20 years experience in commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Patch joined Green Park Financial (now Walker & Dunlop) in 1998 as an underwriter and became part of the production team in 1999. Mr. Patch earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Maryland in 1986.
