Andrew Tapley, senior vice president, is responsible for originating new loan production in California, Texas, Louisiana, and in the Mountain and Southwest regions. He specializes in structured transactions, having completed more than $2.5 billion in large pools and credit facilities since joining the company in 1999. Mr. Tapley graduated from Washington and Lee University with a bachelor’s degree in history. He is a candidate of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
