Paula Pryor Phillips, vice president, joined Walker & Dunlop LLC in January 2009. Ms. Phillips started her career in Human Resources with Katzenbach Partners LLC, a management consultancy headquartered in New York. Over her five years with Katzenbach, she helped to build their people infrastructure to internally model the best in class practices they developed for their Fortune 500 clients. Following her tenure with Katzenbach, Ms. Phillips entered the financial services industry as a Human Resources Manager with CapitalSource Inc. While at CapitalSource, Paula supported their internal functions and portfolio groups with workforce planning, talent management and employee relations. Ms. Phillips graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond in 1999 with a BA in International Studies and Spanish, and a minor in History. She completed her MA in Latin American Political Economy with distinction from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in 2001. She received her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation with the HR Certification Institute in 2008.
