Brett McGuire moved to the Production Department of Green Park Financial (now Walker & Dunlop) as a loan officer in 2008. Mr. McGuire joined Green Park Financial as an underwriting analyst in 2003, was promoted to underwriter in 2005, and then to senior underwriter in 2007. During his tenure in the underwriting department, Mr. McGuire was responsible for underwriting over $325M in individual transactions and over $500M in loan facility financing. Mr. McGuire has experience with conventional multi-family housing, manufactured housing, seniors housing, student housing, and affordable housing. Mr. McGuire began his career at Wachovia Bank in the Treasury Services department as a Loan Officer. Mr. McGuire graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
