Deborah Wilson, senior vice president and chief financial officer, is responsible for Walker & Dunlop's finance, loan closing and sales, and servicing operations. Prior to joining the company, she served as vice president of counterparty risk at Fannie Mae and Partner of KPMG’s Real Estate Consulting practice where she focused on valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and productivity & profitability of commercial/multifamily mortgage banking companies. Ms. Wilson has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University where she was the recipient of the Mobil Oil Scholarship of Excellence. She has spoken at numerous mortgage industry conferences and has been published in the Mortgage Bankers Magazine.
