Charlie Mentzer, vice president, is responsible for originating new loan production from Walker & Dunlop's Atlanta, Georgia office. Mr. Mentzer joined Walker & Dunlop in early 2009 as part of the Column Guaranteed, LLC merger. Specializing in multifamily finance, Mr. Mentzer brings 6+ years of real estate experience including loan underwriting and origination. While at Column, Mr. Mentzer underwrote and originated over $700 million in agency loans throughout the United States. Mr. Mentzer graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Finance.
