Michael Johnson is senior loan originator with Walker and Dunlop’s FHA Department. Mr. Johnson has over 32 years experience in the development, management, and financing of HUD/FHA insured projects. He has worked a FHA multifamily housing representative; COO of a large HUD approved management company(Oxford Development, Security Pacific; and The Artery Group), and for the past 13 years has worked as senior loan originator with Reilly Mortgage/Wells Fargo and most recently with Column Financial/Walker Dunlop. Mr. Johnson specializes in affordable housing and has extensive experience with all HUD insurance programs.
