Patrick Eppling, assistant vice president, is responsible for new multifamily loan originations nationwide under the Fannie Mae DUS® and Freddie Mac Program Plus® programs. Mr. Eppling joined Walker & Dunlop in February 2009 with the merger of Column Guaranteed LLC where he served as underwriter and production analyst having completed over $525 million in individual loan transactions. Mr. Eppling earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and received the CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
