Elizabeth Conahan has been with Walker & Dunlop for more than 11 years and has done more than $1.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions. She counts among her clients many of the premier real estate owners and developers in the Washington, D.C. area. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Conahan was a principal and division manager for AMRESCO and a senior vice president for NationsBank. Ms. Conahan also worked for UST Corp., Citicorp, and Shawmut in various real estate capacities.

Ms. Conahan is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Mortgage Bankers Association and also serves as chairperson of ULI Washington District Council. She holds a degree from Chestnut Hill College and performed graduate work in urban planning at Boston University.
