Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Alex Inman was an associate with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), where he was responsible for originating loans in the company’s Dallas office and specialized in structuring debt and equity across all major property types. Previously, Mr. Inman was a multi-million dollar producer for Newfund Capital/Prosper Bank in Dallas where he was named top producer in volume for the firm in 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Inman served as a commercial loan officer for BMC Capital in Dallas. At both firms, he focused on originating new business and maintaining client relations while specializing in arranging loans for ground-up construction, multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties nationwide. Mr. Inman began his career as originator for Reliance Mortgage Company in Dallas, where he was also a multi-million dollar producer each of his three years there. Mr. Inman is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a bachelor’s degree. He holds a state of Texas Real Estate Salesperson license and is a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission.
