Kieran P. Quinn is vice chairman of Walker & Dunlop. He works with the capital markets and private investment groups on long term strategy and client development. Mr. Quinn joined the company in 2009 from Column Financial/Column Guaranteed, Credit Suisse’s mortgage lending subsidiary where he served as chairman. Mr. Quinn joined DLJ/Column from Equitable Real Estate where he was a vice president, with responsibility for mortgage assets. Prior to this, he was with a private development company in Atlanta, where he served as chief financial officer for ten years. Mr. Quinn began his career with First National Bank of Chicago in the commercial lending department, and later the real estate lending department. Mr. Quinn currently serves as trustee and treasurer of ICSC and is an advisor to Commercial Property Executive.

Mr. Quinn is a former director of the Mortgage Bankers Association, former governor of CMSA, and former director of the Real Estate Roundtable. Mr. Quinn previously served as the 2008 chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association and as a member of Fannie Mae’s National Housing Advisory Council (2007-08). Mr. Quinn is active in community efforts. He currently serves on the Finance Council of the Archdiocese of Atlanta and is trustee of Regis High School in New York City. Mr. Quinn received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University.
